    We start every roof replacement with a complete tear-off of the old materials, then check the decking underneath and repair any sheathing that’s taken damage. From there, we install ice and water barrier, lay down synthetic underlayment, and put on your new shingles or metal roofing. Flashing goes in around every penetration and transition point to keep water out, and once the work’s done, we clean up and haul away every bit of debris.
